The ambiance of Placencia is very relaxed because of its boutique hotels, waterfront eateries, and quaint fishing village.

Hopkins

Hopkins is a small village on Belize’s southern coast and is widely considered to be one of the friendliest towns. The beach here is peaceful and easy to access. Culture here is very vibrant. Garifuna people speak their own language, make music, and have their own cuisine as well. Eating freshly caught fish with rice and beans here in Hopkins is an experience that you won’t forget.
